The villa has a large private swimming pool that is surrounded by a tropical garden. It has a separate terrace with a palapa, a canopy of palm leaves. The porch has a sitting area and a large dining table for 8, directly connected to the kitchen through a large window.

It is possible to close the porch with picket fences so that small children can play safely and don't just to walk into the pool. Casa Kokada is a typical tropical house, built on the wind, with a beautiful garden that offers a lot of privacy,  a wonderful alternative for a busy resort.

Spacious

The house has a good sized living room equipped with a flat screen TV (with several American film channels), DVD, internet connection (WiFi), 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition the house has a recently renovated (separate) guest house for two people with their own (third) bathroom, coffee maker, and mini fridge. All bedrooms are equipped with modern air conditioning. For children we have a cot and high chair available on request.
